    Codes and more codes.

    Thank you for responding, BrooklynBay. It's helpful to see the codes spelled out, as the AutoZone kids were not entirely clear on anything but the numbers. Any ideas what would cause that combination of codes? Faulty injectors, bad throttle body, etc? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Yes, I ignored the warning sounds. And while on the way to work one day I watched the various parts bouncing down the road in my mirrors. Hopefully the new unit stays together.

    Codes and more codes.

    I have a '94 with 215,000 miles. I have been having extremely poor acceleration lately, I can't break 2300 rpm. This makes highway merging somewhat iffy. :eek: I had the codes pulled today. They were 124, 172, 173, and 188. The fuel pump and filter were changed about 18 months ago...
