    I have a stock 02 explorer with 16" aluminum rims. I replaced my rear out tie rods with the house brand from Oreilly but they are rubbing on the rim. They said they sold me the right ones, but this cant be right. Any suggestions?

    My dad has a 2002 Explorer that does not move air from the top defrost vents. I thought it was a blend door/actuator issue, but its not. We noticed last night that there is a vacuum pump, accessible through the glove, box with a red (I think) vac line attached to it. There is a thin metal part...
