Thanks. In my case, gas milage has been dropping to about 75% of normal (300km/fill vs 425 before). If the tank was coming off, the pump is getting replaced, if for no reason than false economy (why pull the tank twice). The fuse block/ECU are definately the problem on the electrical side...

Hey all. I'm having a fun new fuel leak problem in my 94XLT. After searching, I've come to the conclusion that it is either the lines over the tank at the frame rail, or the lines into/out of the pump itself. Question then, has anyone cut out the special Ford fittings and just run generic lines...

195000...only real problems were a tranny cooler hard line that broke, all the damn door locks seizing, and one of the auto locking hubs finally gave out. I don't off road enough to worry about my now 2 wheel drive...though I would like to get that fixed some time. Bob
