    V2.11 MFT Update Available on SYNCMyRide.com

    When I go to syncmyride.com and login, it does not give me an option to download the new 2.11 version of sync. My Explorer is a 2011 and is on version 2.7. Any ideas or help? Eric

    Yes, I referenced the many complaints on online Forums and even mentioned that I had the part numbers and his reply was that "they couldn't just replace without a service bulletin, because if that didn't fix the issue, they could get into trouble with Ford" :)

    Explorer A-Pillar Rattle/Noise

    I have a 2011 Limited that was built on 3/4 and we are seeing the A-Pillar noise issue when there is a strong crosswind on the highway. I called my Ford Dealer and of course he has never heard of this issue and can't find any TSBs on this. He is saying that they will have to hear this issue...
