    Drive shaft is off. Looks like the transfer case has to come off to get to the front seal. Any one cracked one.

    1998 AWD 5.0L front shaft removal. HELP PLEASE!

    My front output shaft seal went out recently. I have the new parts. Do I need to pull the transfer case to get the shaft off? Online it says there is a snapring holding the shaft in the transfer case. Any help would be greatly appreciated
