My 2016 Explorer Sport has developed identical fractures in the plastic trim molding for both rear side windows in general area where the hydraulic lift mechanism attaches to the body. What might cause such an issue. Have not yet found a TSB addressing this.
Have had this gem for a couple of years now. Been pretty solid but a few issues are happening. The forward facing camera quit and got it replaced. Worked pretty good for just shy of a year and now it's intermittent. Not much about it in the owners manual and not finding much online.
