    Power slot rotors

Well I have already put thousands of miles on the pads and rotors. I bedded them in as the manufacturer had suggested and then some. I did put them on at different times but bedded them in both times. I even got the speeds up to 100 mph, and did a firm brake to a complete stop. The...

    Power slot rotors

Well I haven't had a chance to work on the car yet. I don't think it is that the material isn't hot enough, infact they almost seem to squeal more when they are hot. I know that EE says that they make alittle noise when they are cold, but they seem to be fine right when I start going but once...

    Power slot rotors

Well I have the power slot rotors and the carbon metallic pads from performance friction,(the whole set up from EE). Well I've had the rears on for probably about 9k mi and the fronts on for about 3k. I have an awd if that effects the performance at all, but the problem is, they screech! It...

    EE X-spec suspension kit

Yeah the EE Kit was alittle prices, but $150 to install is rediculous, once I figured out what to do, the camber adjusters were easier then the rear bumpers to get off, it only took me about 20 min to do both sides. Although I did have to use the same bolts. I got a nice shiney 1/2 in. rachet...

    noise comming from passenger side

Well it took alot of looking around, and alot of hitting with the rubber mallet. It turns out that when I replaced the rotors, I must not have tightened the callipers enough and the left side became alittle loose and was making the noise. I spent all weekend on the kit, and all it took was a...

    EE X-spec suspension kit

Well I finished the kit over the weekend, and the instal was suprisingly uncomplicated. I did get stuck on the camber adjusters, but once I got that figured out it was smooth sailing. Now when I say uncomplicated, I don't mean it was easy, it probably took me about ten hours to install the...

    noise comming from passenger side

Well I'm definitly going to take a better look at it tomorrow, I don't think it is anything with the steering. The noise only happens when I hit a bump or something on the right side. I did work with the upper control arm quite a bit putting the EE kit on, but I didn't pay too much attention...

    noise comming from passenger side

Well guys I know that this isn't very specific, but my X has been out of commision for almost a month, and I'm getting desperate. The X has been making sort of a metal bangging sound from what I think is the front passenger side. I thought at first that my shocks were going, so I ended up...

    EE X-spec suspension kit

Well thanks guy's, sorry it took so long to check the thread but you all helped me out. After dropping all that dough on the kit, I think I'll give it a shot, I got a little help from a friend, and I think I know what to do. Wish me luck, and thanks again!

    EE X-spec suspension kit

Well I'm installing my kit, and I'm still relatively new at working on my X. I got the rear suspension done fine no problems, but now that I got to the front I hit the wall. I just lowered the front with the torsion bars, and I have to put the camber adjusters on now. I know they go on the...

    new rims

Hey there's nothing wrong with big rims, and I'm glad to see that he did get chrome! Paint belongs on the car not on the rims. If your going for a street car, especially to show you have to have big rims. Keep the 17's for the track, and put the chrome on for the street!
