    1998 explorer help!

    does it do it all the time? i have a 95 that does it when i first start it up it could be a throttle position sensor as well.

    car wont start

    are you sure the battery is good? if it is still a good battery it could have something to do with the ignition switch. D you have an aftermarket theft alarm in it? the could have also died. good luck!
