I fought a similar issue on a oldsmobile. It turned out that the pcm communicates with the alternator to monitor load. If that communication does not happen you get that message even if the voltage is correct.

I have searched in vain for the color code for the painted part of the 2017 stock Platinum wheels. I have one that is peeling and I would like to repaint it, but I have not had any luck finding the color code. Does anyone know?
