I'm having similar problems, 92 xlt. The fuse to the turn signal keeps blowing. I've disconnected the rear defrost, the flasher relay, and its not in reverse. The fuse blows as soon as I turn it to the accessories (before I even start the explorer). I thought it was the ignition warning...
