Thank you for the kind words! As another member had stated these vehicles have a factory boost taper before shift points. This is an area that we are going to be able to over come with our Xv1 tune as well. -Anthony

We always use premium fuel so they were all on 93 octane. These pulls are strictly tune only with no modifications. Also keep in mind these graphs are from our previous tunes which have been improved upon since. 91 octane would only net roughly 5 awhp less. I will post more up to date graphs...

We will be posting some updated Dyno pulls once we recieve the final validation exhaust components. At this time we have the stock pull vs. the 93 perfomance tune.

We have had a tune specific to the 2014 model since they were released, so there would be no need to wait. Also we do suggest the Airaid cold air intake , 170 thermostat, cat back exhaust and down pipes when released. Not sure who has validated this claim about the intake but we have seen...

We typically see about 40-60 AWHP depending on the tune and list of modifications.

We are getting very close to having the tune released for all strategy codes. We would just like to ensure that everything is 100% and makes the most power possible while still maintaining the reliability that we are known for.

Yes the tune alone does make a very noticeable performance improvement.

PM received I have talked to my tuner and we are looking in to this issue as well.

We have released a new update for our AIW tuning device that dramatically improves the speed when uploading tune files to the vehicles. Just simply plug into your PC and update the device the same as you have done initially to download the tune files using our tuner update application. -Anthony

We saw some very substantial gains on our Explorer. Around 20-30 WHP from the prototype down pipes and cat back system. We will be releasing final validation numbers once we have the production versions installed. -Anthony

The tuner has to be connected to a hardwired harness that we typically hide in the glove box or center console. It changes tunes by toggle switch. Currently it will only change fule maps but unfortunatly not able to switch to a tow tune. Also this is not compatible with the EcoBoost tunes...
