There is no emissions state that will accept an actual aftermarket catalyst pass emissions testing. It is pretty clear in every emissions testing standard that it is automatically illegal to remove or modify a functioning catalyst.

Stock boost is limited by the factory 2BAR MAP sensor to >14.9#. There are factory spikes that already exceed that threshold. So with our 3 BAR tuning we are mostly taking advantage of the car's engineering, and turning it against itself to apply the additional power that is otherwise lost.

Your impellers actually do need a fair amount of backpressure in order to articulate efficiently. This has been proven to be true by the F150 guys since 2011. There have been a myriad of people whom have installed 3+ inch downpipes and 4+ inch catbacks only to experience the lack of power state...

This is because the larger diameter tubing will actually scavenge too much of the backpressure that the exhaust side of the turbo system needs in order to operate efficiently.

We have 3 chassis dynos. If someone wanted to have a testing session it is always possible, just need to schedule it.

The logic that is built into the EB platform will autocorrect if you will. There are no gains that will be had on a stock tune. The ECM will not allow for deviation from what it is told parameters should be. That car in the graph has a tune, no doubt.

At the moment we do not have any support for the unique engine and ECM combo in the 2.3L Explorer. We would need to have someone donate a vehicle to the cause. Thank you for taking your time to share your thoughts on what our tuning did for your vehicle! We appreciate you sharing!

That graph looks like it is for an upgraded turbo car. There are no EB vehicles that make that type of power stock. This is why the IC would allow for more power.
