(SOLVED)Trouble In Tuned Paradise (blinking check engine light)
Most all modern vehicles can and do measure for KR, and when that value can have additional timing added it will be. The EB's are especially tuned into this, no pun intended. They are very sensitive to KR, and will always and immediately pull out timing and/or boost when there is KR present...- Livernois

Tuning options for 2016 Sport???
The car in your video is an S550 (2015+) Mustang, so a little bit difference. Do a simple YouTube search for "Rasp from Hell". This is something that is VERY common with EB exhaust kits especially! Just because it is bent using a mandrel bender does not mean that the angles are correct or even...- Livernois

There is no emissions state that will accept an actual aftermarket catalyst pass emissions testing. It is pretty clear in every emissions testing standard that it is automatically illegal to remove or modify a functioning catalyst.- Livernois

Tuning options for 2016 Sport???
We do recommend a plug swap if you have ~8-10k or greater on the clock. If your truck is newer, just regap the plugs to .030". Anyone taking the native values and recalculating them into something else that gives a chance for things to be miscalculated. This is the biggest issues we see with...- Livernois

Ironically, Michigan is usually the last on the release schedule. Look at the RS or Mustang deliveries. Most of the initial deliveries were to clients on the west coast. I cannot comment on why this is, but it is odd. Don't worry Sarge, we still like you;)- Livernois

Sport EcoBoost 3.5L Tuning
ECU cals can and do change year over year, but they do routinely change mid year as well. Typically there are a grouping of X number of strategies that are sent out into the wild, and as there are issues found there are revisions made or sometimes they can scrap an entire code family. I would suggest adding our Windstorm CAI! Adding a good CAI will definitely add to your intake noise in the cabin. When combined with our awesome custom tuning you will add ~65awhp and 75awtq! Stock boost is limited by the factory 2BAR MAP sensor to >14.9#. There are factory spikes that already exceed that threshold. So with our 3 BAR tuning we are mostly taking advantage of the car's engineering, and turning it against itself to apply the additional power that is otherwise lost.- Livernois

Aftermarket Sport Exhaust Thread
Your impellers actually do need a fair amount of backpressure in order to articulate efficiently. This has been proven to be true by the F150 guys since 2011. There have been a myriad of people whom have installed 3+ inch downpipes and 4+ inch catbacks only to experience the lack of power state...- Livernois

This is because the larger diameter tubing will actually scavenge too much of the backpressure that the exhaust side of the turbo system needs in order to operate efficiently.- Livernois

The logic that is built into the EB platform will autocorrect if you will. There are no gains that will be had on a stock tune. The ECM will not allow for deviation from what it is told parameters should be. That car in the graph has a tune, no doubt.- Livernois

That graph looks like it is for an upgraded turbo car. There are no EB vehicles that make that type of power stock. This is why the IC would allow for more power.- Livernois
