Well, that's not the problem I have. I mean that I need to get this truck legal and on the road. There will be a second round of extreme upkeep coming. But this EX needs to have a driver behind the wheel asap at this point.- SuperGordo

I got lucky with these wheels. I bought them at my local Pick A Part yard. $100. They are the 1989 Ranger wheels. 15x7. Pretty good shape really. One wheel has a bit of curb rash, the rest are pretty nice. But I like them on this color explorer. Gives it a slightly aggressive look. Better than...- SuperGordo

1998 Explorer 5.0 “Restoration2021” project
Well, This is the First EX I've torn apart to this level. However, When I pulled the cloth seat coverings off in the junkyard the drivers frame was broken on that too. So I'd bet its more common than not. When I welded it I welded the length of the support rather than just two one inch spots on...- SuperGordo

Nothing to worry about, it made me laugh! I'm very easy going. I'm just having fun! And if I did break it. I could fix it in 2 days. I love the 4r70w! If I hadn't already spent a small fortune on this EX I'd do it anyway....- SuperGordo
