Im thinking 8 lbs tops. I just looked at pulleyboys. Confusing. It does appear my pulley is 'keyed'. I just pulled the lock nut off to have a look at it. So factory for a supercoup (Depending on year, of course) is 8 rib, around 3.8" keyed pulley. So, that means I need a 6 rib 3.2"...- Dono

Sounds like something like a 3.2 inch pulley would be lots for me. Im betting that would register a higher boost than you anyway, as my motor doesn't flow like yours.- Dono

I didn't think about the ribs on the belt. Shoot. I don't even know whats involved in that. Im sure getting a 6 rib pulley on the sc would be easiest, but what about slippage? I figured Id cross the coil pack issue over a weekend 'rough in', and then put the original parts back till I get...- Dono

New supercharger kit for 4.0L
m62s too small. You need to do a bunch of sesrching, and reading. Just remember, even if you do a kit, you will need injectors, a bigger fuel pump, and a tune of your electronics afterwards.- Dono

For Sale Sell it? Or.. fix it?
Im not surprised. If you dont get rid of it, let me know and I'll check in to what it would cost to have it shipped to the border. It just doesn't make sense to limp a veicle all that way. I think you will make out ok on it though.- Dono

For Sale Sell it? Or.. fix it?
Yes, many options. Having lived head swaps on the ohv, I'd just change out the head. Cost $400.00 in parts(My own labour), and the motor wouldn't have to leave the truck. You really don't want to dump this thing. The next vehicle you get will most likely have issues also.- Dono

For Sale Sell it? Or.. fix it?
You have to fix it. That thing is worth an easy $4000.00 here. no rust on the under carriage? I'm flying with the family to Disney World next week. I'm tempted to buy it off you and limp it home. For Sale Sell it? Or.. fix it?
How do you feel about getting dirty and pulling the head yourself? Do you know someone that could help you with it? These motors are pretty straight forward. You don't have to worry about timing when changing a head. I'm with Joe. Fixing is still way cheaper than replacing. Whats a monthly...- Dono

Too bad I cant get it here. All those rust free parts. I'm drueling. You have valve not seating/burnt, or cracked head, or possible blown head gasket. Not really a big deal to fix. If that were a 4x4, Id drive down, swap a few parts off mine to yours, and drive yours back after having my...- Dono
