Oil Leak that i really need help with...Pics included

Left or Right

Left or Right
I know that one of my front wheel bearings is bad. From about 20mph up there is the constant whine or growl. It goes away when turning to the right. I'm going on what I was taught years ago that this would mean the left bearing is bad. Is this correct? Oh yeah it's a 2000 Mounty...- MAS Tequila
