Right, that's the oblique. Pretty sobering. I was really looking for the small overlap, but that hasn't been performed on the new Explorer. The small overlap is scary. That's the one where you'll end up catching just the edge of an oncoming vehicle at highway speeds.

I may have spoken too soon. Yesterday we were driving in a westerly direction, winds were from the North-Northwest. From 65 - 75 mph the buzzing was back with a vengeance.

The old TSB didn't always fix the issue. The new TSB was performed on our vehicle two weeks ago and has worked great so far.
