    engine fan stays on when in defrost or ac.

    06 explorer with manual ac. engine fan goes full speed whenever heater is on defrost settings(and I m pretty sure when on AC.) I can get the engine fan to go back to slow by unplugging it at the fan or by putting heat selector knob to off,AND restarting car.Thats the extent of my troubleshooting...
