pulled the code p0402 on a 2000 ranger 3.0 flex fuel. Something about the egr/ dpfe sensor. If the sensor is bad could it make the vehicle run bad. How much would it be to replace.
I own a 2000 ranger 3.0 flex. Pulled the code p0402 [egr excess flow]. The truck sometimes hesitates, stutters when accelerating. Going through town in 3rd gear you feel it allot. Does not do it all the time. Could this happen cause of the dpfe sensor [egr]? SDome one please help me.:(
