    Gauges and shift needle -dead!

    Hoping some of you can help me out here..... I have been driving around with a faulty shift needle and gauges for quite some time. Money is a bit tight and so far the odometer and gas gauges are still OK.... but am wondering if anyone has experienced this in their Explorer? My shift needle...
