    Trouble w/ state inspection

    When i took my 03 Explorer to get its annual safety inspecton, I was told that they were "unable to communnicate" with the commputer. I searched some of the threads, but did not see any that may help me out. Any ideas before the cops get me for an expired motor vehicle inspection? Thanks, Scott
