im going to take my explorer off the road and do chains but was thinking maybe get rid of the 4.0 junk motor lol and fit a better engine anyone know if gearbox bellhousing like a lot fords is same as any other motors maybe a 2.9 v6 out a granada ? or a 5.0 v8 ?

started a bit yesterday but was unsure but got worse today what i dont get is its already been done before i got it and not that long ago or miles ether how much am i looking for parts to fix it i can do the work meself mite get broken for spares im not sure yet

im wanting some north face alloys or aftermaket alloys for my explorer any one got any ? im not fan on the 3 spokes and tyres are getting down so might aswell do the lot now

hi going to fit the new hub to my ex at the weekend its 1st type ive done like this with complete hub are the bearings sealed in gresse ? just want to make sure im pretty sure they are just dont want to mess it up lol

i need new front wheel bearing hub and seen them on on ebay for £100 cheaper than anywhere else ive seen but are they rubbish or alright ?

took the ex off roading over the yorkshire moors last night with some mates all land rover owners and say ex aint proper 4x4 etc etc bla bla lol any way it did great on one bank very steep was 2nd and the explorer got the highist without help 1 disco got up then we had to help a def 110 up...

after a a few years of wanting one ive got a explorer and just love it what a great car in everyway wish id got one years ago now is it just me of when your driving one do you just look at other 4x4's and go pfff there just no where near as good lol

hi im looking at buying a ex but was manily going to use it for on road but after looking at the pics ive done off roading alot in past with my range rover but didn't think the ex would be that good but they look like they are a proper off road 4x4 to am i right ? thanks simon

hi im new here and always wanted a explorer had land rover disco and range rover but always really wanted the explorer but every time i go right im getting one every one i know says no dont and going on and on till i end up buying something else anyway are they really as unreable as people...
