2000 EXPLORER XLS OCCASIONALLY STICKS IN 4 WHEEL LOW AND WILL NOT COME OUT. i KNOW THE PROCEDURE OF HAVING TO HAVE THE BRAKE AND CLUTCH ENGAGED AND IT WORKS SOMETIMES AND OTHER TIMES NOT.
