    Fuel Pump Relay clicking when cold

    I have a 97 XLT 5.0. When the temp outside drops below 20 degress the fuel pump relay clicks repeatedly. The colder it is the longer it cycles. If I try to start it during its cycle it will not start and seems to not be getting any fuel. After the clicking stops it will start fine. If it is...
