    engine surge at idle

    about a month ago, i ran out of gas in it, and sever since then, once the engine has warmed up, while idling, the engine will surge for a few minutes, then die. truck has 112900 miles on it. ( i did get codes off it right after, cant remember the numbers, but said engine lean on left and right...
