    99 explorer problem

    buddy has a 99 and his 4x4, and low range lights are flickering while he is driving down the road. I told him to remove the battery cable, and reset the puter. Anyone else have any idea?? Also, he said it definately isn't engaged, just flickering lights. Thanks.
