    Replaced fan motor, now air doesn't come out of the dash vents.

    1999 Explorer V8 Eddie Bauer. Fan stopped running, replaced it and the speed control. At first, you could hear the fan running, but very little coming out of any vents, and the dash controls for defrost/dash/floor didn't seem to do much. After much exploring (heh) found a broken vacuum hose...
