    Turn signal help.

    Hello all, im new to this forum. I own a 96 explorer xlt 4x4. I have a problem with r/turn signal. Its a tilt column,delay wipers. When i put right turn into full position it stops blinking and i hear what sounds like air leaking from somewhere under dash, if i hold switch part way up it works...
