    Recall info for 1994 Explorer

    1994 Explorer Sport. Mirror switch on drivers door shorted catching door panel on fire. Damaged seat, carpet, side of dash. Broke drivers door window, and windshield. There was a recall in 1997 for this problem. Is anyone familiar with this? I am trying to get Ford to repair the truck. export
