    Engine will rotate but not turn over

    i have a 87 Bronco 2 3.9L V6 it was ildling rough getting down close to 500 rpms when normal rpms should be 850, so i replaced the distributor cap and rotor, the in line fuel filter and the second high pressure fuel pump mounted to the rail. After i got these things in it would not start...
