95 explorer will not shift out of 1 st gear on it's on. The O/D light is also flashing. I can run it up to normal speed let out of throtle it will shift into 2 nd gear and go. Will shift all other gears fine. I have tried shifting manually also and will not work unless I let out of throtle...
