    Stuck parking brake.

    hi this is my first post.unfortunetly it is not a helpfull one but rather a problem.i have a 2000 explorer and the parking brake is stuck. does anyone have help on freeing it up? will not pass inspection until i fix it. thanks for any and all advice. Brett
