Hi I am having trouble with the input shaft in my 5r55e auto tranny.
The input shaft has slid out about an inch and will not go back in. I can turn it by hand, and can tell that it is still engaged with the gear in the pump.
I have tried spinning it while pushing in and lightly tapping it...
