    60 mph in 4 wheel low

    my 98 explorer xlt was in 4 wheel low. my son borrowed it, not knowing he couldn't drive fast. needless to say, 5 minutes later i get a call saying the truck died. he was going up the highway probably at 60-70mph still in 4 wheel low. he said it made a really loud whining noise before it died...
