I replaced one hub on warranty 2yrs ago but have always had rattling, clattering sounds while driving. Recently I did the front brakes, bearings, rotors and found it troublesome...

I here hear for question/answers. I own a 91 explorer w/ 100k original. Hasn't treated me well, hasn't left me stranded yet though. I've re/re'd tranny, water pump, alternator, air con complete. Now it's front end issues anyways glad I found this site. cheers from Canada
