    Transmission Fluid

    Does the transmission need to be changed in this generation of Explorer? I have heard yes and no. It's doesn't have a dip stick and as far as I know it doesn't even have a drain plug.     New Here 02 4.6L Explorer

    I was wondering if there are cast iron aftermarket heads for an 02 explorer? I have had 5 plugs blow out of the cylinder head, which are aluminum, and had to have them helicoiled. Not sure how long the helicoil is going to last and not sure when the next plug will blow out. The vehicle itself...
