    Trouble with CC on 2004 Explorer

    HI I am a new owner of a 04 EX just bought it after my F-150 was totaled stick with a good brand . have driven it 500 mi. , today on the way to my kids house ,had the CC on all of sudden the engine died , stopped put in park end it started OK .went about 1/2 mi.and it died again re started...

    04 cruse and a dieing engine

    Hi New here , just bought a 04 explorer. Had it out today and the motor would die sometimes when i had the cruse control on. Put in N or park and it would start bach up and run i would put in D and take off , when i pushed the resume it died again. It did this 2 or 4 times with some driving time...
