    Gauges Are Not Moving Properly

    I need help with my gagues. Recently I took my gauges out and took the needles, and the faces off. I put Red cellophane behind the faces to tint the lights to a reddish orange color. when I put them back in the 99 explorer only the RPM gauge moves and it is jumpy, and wont go under 2000 RPMs...
