    Whining noise on deceleration.

    04 Explorer on decel whine from back of truck, was "hopping" on decel, now rockin'/fishtailing. Changed right back stablizer arm, front left ball joint and tie rod, calmed the hopping down, but now whining and rocking.. any ideas???
