    Dash Lights Don't Work?!

    So this one I pretty much gave up on a while ago, and am now trying to fix again. So it's in my 96 Explorer limited, all of my lights work, all fuses are good, dash illumination doesn't :( I tore apart the dash and found all bulbs to be good. Browsing the nets, someone reccomened...
