    swapping console cd changer

    I have a 97 explorer that had a aftermarket cd changer in the console, with 8 foot of wadded up cord stuffed under the accesory tray. I swapped the stock cd changer from a 96 explorer includung the entire console wiring harness. Now i have no rear speakers and the rear radio controls dont work...
