My 95 Explorer idles high and low when starts. It then cuts off. Once I do get it going it runs fine until I am at a red light or stop sign. It then jumps and sometimes cuts off. Took it into dealer and they say I need a By Pass Valve. Is this something that is easy to install. Also, what...
