    Air conditioner problems.

    I am trying to do the "5 minute" quick fix on my 1996 ford explorer; i cannot seem to locate the blend door in order to open it so my air conditioner works; i stick my hand in as instructed, however, cannot feel any door - can anyone tell me the exact position of this door or giveme more...
