    'bout time I joined!

    We bought our Explorer new in June '90. For about 6 months people stared at it on the road, in gas stations, etc. as if it were a classic Ferrari-there were hardly any others around yet! Lots of fun-but not as much as driving effortlessly 500 miles to Death Valley, then pulling off the road...
