    explorer wont start

    I have a 2002 explorer xls 4x4 4 door. 4.0 sohc. I was installing some fog lights and after i hooked them up, the explorer wouldn't start. The horn blows, the lights on the ceiling come on, but nothing from the ignition when i put the key in. I checked my fuses, they are good, I don't know what...
