    4wd or awd?

    Hello All, I am working on daughters and future son-in-law's 98 eddie bauer v6 explorer. It has some issues. The more I look, the more I am about to decide it must be awd and the "magic" all occurs in the transfer case. I find no vacuuum lines to the front wheels and no manual hub locks...
