    no obd signal for emissions

    I tried to pass my emissions test in my 2004 Explorer but it failed. Apparently< there is no signal from the OBD plug. Stopped by a repair shop and he got no signal either. The vehicle runs fine except, after running for more than 15 min, when it warms up, the dashboard goes crazy, all lights...
