    RPM reads at 4000 always

    Well recently my rpm gague reads 4000 all the time. The engine is not ideling any diffrent than before. The only new thing is a squeal or constant squeak, comming from the water pump area. Anyways the rpm is the issue, maybe there is a sensor for this somewhere, Please help. Thanks:rolleyes:
