    2003 EXPLORER molded by-pass hose

    I have an 2003 EDDIE BAUER EXPLORER,there is a water hose on passenger side of engine,it has a molded hard plastic tee,it seems to be leaking at the tee.Is this a special tee that reduces pressure ,or just a basic tee.This hose comes from a port next to t-stat housing ,then tee's down to fender...
