I just bought a fairly nice 2000 Explorer. My daughter has just informed me that when she turns it off it sounds like it is revving up. I believe it is EFI equipped so I wonder how a run-on can occur as I thought that problem went away with carburetors. Am I misinformed? Any history of something...
