Replaced fuel pump it started but had a bad vacuum leak. Found the leak it had 2 small holes in the upper intake (looked like a flat head screwdriver had been stuck through it). I patched holes with a 2 part plastic epoxy. It tries to hit especially when you hold it to the floor while cranking...
